Cisco Unified Communications Manager Software v12.5 | Cisco IM&P v12.5. This 5-day instructor-led training is a companion course to ACUCW1. The ACUCW2 course focuses on “Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes (MACDs)” for a Cisco Collaboration Solution in a multisite deployment. The preconfigured environment used as the starting point for ACUCW1 is created from scratch in the ACUCW2 course. These two courses together provide coverage of both multisite deployment and administration. For this advanced administrative course participants should have experience performing basic CUCM administrative tasks, including IP Phone moves, adds and changes and as well have some familiarity with the CUCM Administrative GUI. An understanding of router configuration is not needed. Prerequisite content is found in the following course options to review:

  • ACUCW1 Administering Cisco Unified Communications Workspace Part 1 (v12.5): Basic Administration for Multisite Deployments
  • CLFNDU Understanding Cisco Collaboration Foundations

Note: if only parts of ACUCW1 and ACUCW2 are needed, contact us to discuss course customization and design of content covering the specific required. Additionally, for participants whom have taken previous version of ACUCW1 and ACUCW2, consider the new ACUCW Lab Workshop; a whiteboard-based workshop focusing on primarily just the ACUCW1 and ACUCW2 labs.
