ICER is a 2-day instructor-led course that provides participants with best practice processes to install, configure, operate and maintain Cisco Emergency Responder in a Cisco Unified Communications environment. Focusing on core administrative skills, you will learn to configure Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) for integration with CER and to configure emergency response locations (ERLs) and emergency location identification numbers (ELINs) in CER to properly route enhanced 911 (E911) calls. You will also examine CER disaster recovery and user management. Note: *currently utilizes CUCM v11.5. This course will include access to the neXT LIVE 365 a video library of this course (in 5-15 minute snippets). You will have instant access to this on the day you enroll, even if your class scheduled is still months out! This access is good for 1 year (neXT LIVE 365).
