This hands-on course is built for current and aspiring Teams Administrators responsible for managing the Teams lifecycle—from initial planning and deployment to meetings, voice, device integration, and compliance. Students will explore how Teams works with SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID, and more. Participants will also gain real-world experience using governance controls, securing external access, managing Teams Phone and troubleshooting issues. Note: participants should have a proficient understanding of basic functional experience with Microsoft 365 services as well as general IT practices, including using PowerShell.
